This towing company was assigned by Lexus roadside assistsnce to flatbed my vehicle to the dealership. 2 hour ETA, which is understandable on a sunday. After 75 min, I call to make sure the truck is still on its way. First 2 calls no answer, and you are unable to leave a message. 3rd call someone answers, I could barely hear them, because it sounded like they were at a great BBQ or party, so he says he was going to check on the truck. Waited 20 minutes, no call back. Tried again twice more, now we're back to no answer, not even when the Lexus dispatcher called, did they answer. Use this company

I read the reviews of this tow company as I sat waiting for them and got increasingly concerned. Turns out, all the negative reviews are true and basically predicted my fate. Specifically that they kept saying 20 minutes away and I waited for 3 hours for them never to come. When I finally got dispatch on the phone, as said in other reviews, the guy was almost immediately rude and hung up on me pretty quickly. I tried calling back and of course they never picked up. This service came through Subaru roadside assistance. I’ve urged Subaru to drop this towing company and if the manager of this towing

This was the worse towing service I have ever receive. I received a message stating they would arrive at 12:38pm. But didn’t show up for 3 hours. I called multiple times and was constantly told 20 minutes. Then my phone number was blocked. Please do not use this towing service. This should not even be in business.

Horrible cusomer service. Very rude over the phone . Had to wait 2 hours after being told over the phone they will arrive in 30 min . Continued calling and was still told 30 min. Driver on the other hand was excellent. Dont remember his name. He called and told me he will arrive in 10 min and he actually was. Only reason I used this service was because the insurance picked them to tow. Think they are taking for granted customer service because they have a contract with insurance company.

PHENOMENAL SERVICE!!! Christian arrived MINUTES after I called him to check on a AAA dispatch estimated arrival time. He was outstanding! Christian took great care to secure my car on the flat bed and I am so glad that my car is in such great hands as it’s transported to the repair shop. I highly recommend this towing company. The people that work for this company are so pushy and rude. I was in an accident and this company came to tow my car (They were called by the police, not me). The second I got in the tow truck I was handed a business card and was told they will fix car. I told the driver I wanted to take it to a shop I was familiar with and closer to my house. He proceeded to tell me they will fix it and questioned me on my insurance and deductible etc. Again I stated I wanted my car closer to my home.
