The office staff is friendly and efficient. Appointments have been good with acceptable wait times. You do not feel rushed or unheard. Refills are approved in a timely manner. There is an email for questions or concerns. I have only had routine care at this office, so I cannot rate for critical or emergency care. A plus is that they perform well woman visits in addition to routine visits.

I was mistaken regarding the time of my appointment and ended by being a hour late, but the staff accommodated me and worked me in. The nurse practiced who worked said exactly what my cardiologist said the day before. I told her it was like she heard the evaluation by the cardiologist. I was very pleased with my office visit.

If I could give it no stars I would.
Doctor is absolutely great!
The office staff is absolutely TERRIBLE. The worst I have ever experienced.They are the sole reason I will not go back to see this doctor.
I have been waiting 2 weeks for them to push threw a medication with my local pharmacy and they have told me 3 separate times that it will be taken care of or they will get right to it and it still has not been completed. 2 WEEKS. Thank God it isn’t a life or death medication because I wouldn’t be around right now.
Do NOT go here if you have to get prescribed medication. Horrible idea.
