Pat provided a complete estimate, explaining his philosophy of asking for original Honda parts and was in contact through the destruction/parts acquisition/reconstruction. That’s very helpful to a customer working around the loss of a vehicle! And as a bonus, he was generous with the pallets I wanted that were stacked at his shop! Thanks, Pat, for making a disagreeable circumstance easier to take.

Autowerks has not only fixed my car--Pat and team have done so with above & beyond service, care for the quality of the car, and quickly. I had been rear-ended and also had paint damage on the front of the car. Autowerks fixed all of it and made my car sparkle more afterward than it did when it was new. 😄 I am so touched, and highly impressed by the work and professionalism, and--agree with other reviews--the honesty of the owner. My boyfriend and I I unfortunately hit a deer and have a terrible insurance company. We got sent to this shop and they were the absolute most nice people in town.
They went above and beyond to handle our insurance company, make calls, followed up with us on the daily. We were on a bit of a time line to get this work done and he did it for us no questions asked and EVEN saved us money!!!
Unfortunately we moved out of town and can only hope to god we find someone like this company in our new hometown.

I can't say enough positive things about Autowerks. The owner, Pat, and the receptionist at the front desk are both true professionals and all-around good people! I took my car to Autowerks to have the hood repainted. Pat discovered an issue that he suspected should have been covered by the factory warranty. It turns out he was right, and as a result I had to have the dealer in Albany do the work instead. Pat's integrity is so high that he was willing to send the business away in order to save me money! We originally brought a Subaru WRX that had an unfortunate meeting with a piece of gravel, chipping the paint. We couldn’t have been more impressed by the professional job done to match the paint and repair the damage. The car looked like new when it was done. We were so impressed that we brought our Audi Allroad over that had some bumper damage from a previous owner and had Pat take a look. My 17 year old had his driver's side gashed real well a week ago. WITHIN A WEEK, Autowerks got the car, replaced the doors, fixed the frame, welded the damage and made it good as new. So friendly, communicative, fair priced, and HONEST. I can prove it too check my photos for before and after. 5 out of 5.
