Horrible experience with a physical in 2014. I paid them over $300 for a physical and in late 2015 (after zero notice whatsoever) I receive a collection statement from a collections agency saying I owed $1875 for tests. I signed no paperwork of this and no disclosure of any kind was provided. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE. I know someone else who went in, paid their fee (or their insurance) and then received a big bill like this. CROOKED.
