Very disatisfied with the owner Wendy. I had an appointment and I normally go to Donnie who does my nails all the time. I came in expecting to get my nails done by Donnie, and Wendy told me he quit. I was so pissed off that at least she could have called me to let me know or Donnie could have. I asked if she could take me, and said to me it was an… over 1 hour wait. I thought that was so unfair when I had an appointment, and Wendy could care less about me. All she care about was her customers that were there already. She walked away from me and left me standing there which iwas so unprofessional

Based on yelp reviews I came in for the first time for a Pedi.
Tam greeted & welcomed me as I walked in, selected my polish and was immediately seated in the massage chair. I appreciated the quiet, relaxing environment and the employees focused on their customer instead of chattering to each other. Best of all the salon did not smell of the typical "nail salon fumes". I will definitely come again.

In spite of the other review, I decided to give VIP a try. They are running an $18 pedi special on Tuesday and Wednesday. There are two units of colors to choose from...I'd say 100 easily. I picked out a glitter top coat and the tech diplomatically suggested a different glitter. He was right on, the one I chose would have gotten lost in the undercoat. His choice enhanced it. The massage on calves and feet was relaxing. I was in and out in an hour. What a deal. I'm going back.

I am not one to get a mani/pedi more than once or twice a year, so I'm certainly not an expert when it comes to these things. However, in preparation for a beach vacation I decided to get a manicure and pedicure. I looked a bit on yelp for recommendations, but it's not used much in this area. I ended up resorting to a location of convenience and figured that a place on Riverside would probably be clean and safe.
