Had a couple of bodywork repairs needed in the last 3 months after hit and run. Didn’t want to go through the insurance and saw the reviews for Excel autobody. Got reasonable quotes for the repairs. Used them once and didn’t hesitate to use them for a second time even though it's far from me. Excellent work and value. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I have used Excel over the past 5 years or so with different vehicles I owned repairing car bodywork and bumpers. They are very experienced and take care when repairing any bodywork. They recently repaired driver door on a new car I bought. Excel team managed to remove all scratches and horrible marks caused by previous owner and made it look like new. I highly recommend Excel Auto Body to anyone. Its hard to find honest professionals nowadays, I always use this body shop!

After someone had driven into the side of my car, I took it to Excel for a quote and advice. They were very helpful and thoroughly checked my car before giving a quote. Absolute outstanding service, punctual, polite and professional. I've had previous cars sprayed by other companies before but Excel auto body is by far top of the game. Color matched my replacement parts as if they came from the factory brand new! Fixed every little imperfection and I couldn't be happier. Got backed into by someone recently, crushing in my driver's side door. Excel AUto Body was recommended to us. We found them to be very straightforward and efficient. They were very helpful in scheduling and answering preliminary questions, handled the estimate and took care of most everything with the other driver's insurance company. The repairs and new paint were flawless. They were also great about communicating with us during the process, which was much appreciated. Highly recommend Excel Auto Body to anyone!

I had the fun experience of hitting a deer - and insurance got involved. Excel got the parts quickly and told me it will be done by the following Friday. I got a call Thursday saying they just needed to detail the car and I'll be good to go.
Picked up the car Friday, and it looked great. The car was detailed nicely. Customer service is great, I had a slight issue but they took care of it.
While I hope I never need their services again for an accident, I'll use them if I need paint or body work done.
I'm glad progressive has them as a preferred shop.

Extremely impressed with this place. I checked two other locations and Excel offered the best price. I took my car there after getting hit in a parking lot. They were amazing throughout the whole experience. When I went to pick it up, the whole car had been detailed inside and out on top of fixing what needed to be fixed! I would hands down recommend this place to anyone!

Involved in hit and run on July 8th, on July 19th I finally get the okay from other guys insurance . I call them send them pictures but forgot vin (my fault) They tell me we're ordering the shell and we will call you . A month later I send them them a message and they reply back same day saying we need the vin still...:okay send a picture , next day same thing . Now a month later and I haven't heard anything .

I had a car accident recently and my insurance company recommended Excel. I was very pleased with the work they did. My car looked like a brand new car and they even detailed the whole car for me. I didn't get a chance to thank the guys who did all the work and tell them how pleased I was with their work. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Absolutely excellent service and quality of workmanship. Christian was a pleasure to work with. My car was rear ended and I took it to Excel for repair and they did an outstanding job. And they only had the car for 4 days, which I felt was very quick. The car looks brand new now. Christian even told me that the new bumper they used was brand new from Orlando MINI so that I knew the parts were genuine and of high quality. He also mentioned they have a warranty (which I highly doubt I will have to use, but of course it's great to know). As an added bonus, I noticed that they detailed the car

Went in for an accident to get some body repair work. The staff were very friendly and went ABOVE and BEYOND. I couldn't be happier with the results of my repair. They even cleaned the inside and outside of my car (wash, wax, rims, tires, etc) when I went to pick it up. I have never had a auto service do so much extra than what I had expected. Truly outstanding service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND..you will not be disappointed! Thank you so much Randy and Greg for all of your help and expertise! :)

RUDE!! customer service 1 star called in for some info and the guy had an attitude. I dont work in the auto industry you must inform your customer of the info you need to assist them so there fore dont assume I know what you know. Then I said sorry didn't know what you need for a quote to do work on the car and he HUNG UP on me in mid sentence.

After reading several reviews online and through Yelp I decided that this was the auto body shop to try out. And I believe I made a great decision!! Randy was super helpful and made sure everything was taken care of after someone backed into my car door. As someone already said... the process was quick and painless.He helped me pick out a rental place nearby and they were super helpful. I was hit by a car 2 weeks ago and my damage was going to be covered by State Farm. Looking at the reviews for a few different shops, this one had the best, so I chose it. I have no regrets! I was rear-ended for the first time, and my rear bumper was destroyed. I looked through every single auto body shop on the insurance company's list, and decided to go here. I'm sooo happy I did! Not only did they do a great job, but they went above and beyond for me. I was supposed to be picked up by the rental car agency, but an hour, still nothing. They stayed open late so I wouldn't have to stand outside, and decided to use their personal vehicle to deliver me to the rental car agency. Now, that alone impressed me, but they also filed a complaint on my behalf. My car looks great

I have driven by their sign for years while traveling on hwy 17-92, so when the time came that I needed body work done, this was one of the first places we checked for quotes, and after shopping around, they also had the fairest prices . The whole process was quick and painless. Randy ordered the parts, I dropped my car off, and a few days later it was ready. They even washed my car, inside and out, and cleaned my interior rugs (a set that I thought I was going to have to replace due to stains)
