Services
Sol Tribe has been the retailer for the top manufacturers of Body jewelry for over 20 years. These relationships have been built over the last quarter century and allow us to offer a product that is hands down the best on the market, it also allows us to sell replacement parts for jewelry sold throughout that entire timeline.
A consultation is a complimentary half hour meeting with the artist you'd like to work with to go over what you would like to get tattooed. This is when you talk about what you want, size, color or black and grey, length or sessions of tattoo time and cost. A consultation followed up with a $100 cash deposit (that comes off your total day of) is what you need for booking.
Once we receive your call/email, we will send you an email with a link to our digital client release form. Please read the e-mail in full and fill out the release form. When we receive the completed form, we will call you to finalize booking and receive your non-refundable deposit. Please be patient as we are booking many people in a day; the call back may not be immediate, but it is coming!

Sol Tribe has reopened and is doing their absolute best for their clients, no matter how brief the appointment! My appointment today was just to replace and insert new jewelry into tragus piercing. I have had the piercing for 25 years (yes, I am a senior gal) and had lost the most recent jewelry a few weeks ago. I was a little leery about having lost an expensive piece and wanted to be sure the new piece would stay put. I selected an artist to do a Japanese artwork I love by an artist who died in 1994. I was so excited to book my appointment and took a lot of time and consideration to pick the artist I felt would do a wonderful job.
After 1 month I reached out to the artist to book my appointment. Her art style was beautiful and I was so excited. I filled out the form on her website and eagerly awaited her response.

Casey was very caring with my very sensitive piercing area, no surprises all that great jazz. She's a professional, walls lined with certificates and seminars. The interior of the shop is very cute lined with plants and jewelry.
The best part besides they're extremely well trained staff is that they're respectful of all identities AND they take Covid seriously. Masks required, buzzed in, hand washing station, the whole works. Much love for this place, definitely would recommend. Very disappointed in how I was treated. Tattoo artist, Andi, wanted to have a zoom call prior to my tattoo, and when I got on, she was extremely condescending. I was so excited for this tattoo as it meant a lot to me, and after saying what I wanted, she said "a number, on your finger for your first tattoo?" And shook her head.. it was very mean, and just really unkind. We heard great things about this place and were really looking forward to it.. She then went on to ask me if I thought I could take care of it. Her attitude and vibe was very rude. I am so so disappointed and upset with

As the day of my tattoo drew closer, I started to feel sick. So I called in asking for a reschedule the morning of the appointment. I was hoping it would pass, but alas it did not. They called me back and said since it was within their 24 hour cancellation period that they took my deposit to pay the artist and that I'd need to cough up another $100 to reschedule. I understand a cancellation policy, but in this day and age, you'd think there would be a bit more understanding with someone calling in for being sick. Maybe they would have chose gratefulness for me not spreading my germs everywhere

I absolutely love Sol Tribe! I've gotten a beautiful tattoo here from Rio and a piercing from Paul, who's sadly just visiting from the Bay Area (but hopefully moving here full time soon)! Both were receptive, thorough, kind, and did amazing work. Sol Tribe also gets tons of bonus points for their upfront and clear commitments to antiracism, equity, and inclusion. Truly, there are very few businesses of any kind that I support in the same way that I support Sol Tribe.

Sol Tribe is just so great. I've had a couple piercings here now. Just got a helix piercing today. Casey is awesome and amazing, but everyone here is so friendly! I love that they have a sign right in the entryway stating that they accept all kinds of people and anything less will not be tolerated. Just a super easygoing place, they're great at explaining aftercare, the shop is relaxed (and for some reason always smells really good), they're clean and professional - check them out for your next body art!

Cons : I was looking to get replacement jewelry for a cartilage piercing and had a budget of $100. The cost quoted was $83 for the decorative front and $18 for the flat back, then I was quoted an additional $15 to have the piece sized as I didn't know how long of a stud I would need (my ear was slightly swollen which is why I was getting a new piece). I agreed to the $116 and waited a short wait for a piercer to be available, but as I entered the room the piercer told me it would be $130 total and asked if that would be ok. I went

I came in for a few piercings and had an appointment with Casey which went great. Their Covid-19 restrictions are up to par with limited contact payments, taking your temperature, and a high standard of shop disinfection.
Casey took the time to answer all of my questions and did a great job with placement and the piercing itself. Even if you come in for jewelry and not piercing, what they have in stock is beautiful and worth investing in.

I booked an appointment with Jimmy to get my septum pierced. First off- their Covid precautions are awesome. They made sure everyone was apart from one another and upon arriving you immediately wash your hands.
Anyway, Jimmy took a lot of time and care to measure and find the sweet spot for my piercing. When he first pierced it, I noticed it looked a bit crooked and Jimmy immediately explained to me that this can happen and that they can straighten out within a week. I decided to give it a shot and wait it out and i'm so glad I did! My piercing is now perfectly straight and nearly healed

Came here in February (right before the quarantine) and I had a horrible experience with the woman who was working at the front desk. I'm a Black woman and the front desk lady was a white woman.

My boyfriend recommended this shop since he had gotten tattooed here before. The girl at the front desk suggested I book a consultation with Jessie since her style really fit with my soft, dainty designs. She has been able to take every idea I bring to her and turn it into a gorgeous tattoo. I am in love with every piece I have gotten here and constantly get questions of who my tattoo artist is. I always recommend Jessie -- her detailing and shading are unbeatable.

Wonderful experience! This place is both a tattoo parlor and piercing studio - but it feels like a hip, trendy store with it's own unique touch. The people are incredibly friendly and helpful, too. It's clearly immaculate and clean but doesn't feel "sterile". From my email and phone-call questions to in-person inquiries, they have always been helpful.
