I called about a few days before my visit to make a reservation and the one who helped me on the phone was very kind and professional. She explained everything super well.
When we arrived, the employee that worked showed us our unit and explained everything,
And when we started our 2'5 hours I could only explain that it was heavenly. We started up a movie and chilled in the hottub, sauna and beds.
The drinks are not super expensive and placed in a fridge, that means super nice cold drinks ! Super nice after chilling in a hot sauna.

Great place to go! I did the emsculpt and the fat burning inferred laser treatment. Never relaxing! I fell asleep for both! Lol Great place to go and keep a lookout for great Groupon deals! That's how I found them!

Hands down, the most amazing private spa experience ever. The unit we had booked was perfectly clean and the owner made sure we were aware of the rules and all the instructions before we used the facilities. Excellent service and again, extremely clean. Would surely visit again.

This place is the worst. Bought a Groupon and scheduled an appointment. They called the day before that appointment and said I had to reschedule. I was annoyed but obliged. Arrived for my appointment today and was told I would need to reschedule and that they had tried to reach me (which they had not). Horrible horrible service-could not recommend less!!

This is really a very good spa. The service was friendly and the privacy you get is unrivaled. We went for a bachelorette party and enjoyed every second. It was extremely clean and they even have a Sonos sound system installed which you can turn to max volume if you want to. Great to get a party started. I really recommend this place if you want to celebrate something with a group.

Once again Lanas creative style has made my hair shine bright like a diamond!!! She is a master stylist with the perfection of color and can turn anyone's hair into a masterpiece!! I am extremely impressed with her and you will be too!!

I came in and had my hair done by Phyllis and had the best time!!! She was absolutely amazing and she listened to me about what I wanted done and made my hair look absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend and I will definitely be coming back!!!

I purchased a groupon for this spa for a pedicure and manicure. I paid $22.00 for it. The normal cost is $25.00 for a regular pedicure and manicure. I made a copy of my groupon and brought my husband in case they would honor his, I would of course pay the $22.00 price. The tech was good, the manicure and pedicure were great. Then I waited outside for my husband, and while I was out there the owner told me that she could not use the same groupon for my husband. No problem, I would pay either $22 or $25 either way for him. Extremely rude... doors locked and closed when I was going to make an appointment when the door said they should have been open. It was a Friday afternoon and no one was in there besides the owner who basically shushed me when I started speaking. I did not see her ear buds in and did not know she was on the phone. This post is only about the nail tech. No need for any self-respecting woman to come here to have her nails done. they use the cheap dangerous way that you can find in any mall in America or any corner in America. A true professional manicure will NOT be had at this salon, and she admitted it when I walked out.

After canceling the first 2 appointments I gave them a 3rd try to do a mani-pedi. I did read the reviews in several sites which were very mixed as in the past it seems they had a few good nail techs that didn't stay there very long. I never had a manicure where hands/nails weren't soaked. (It was a regular manicure not a gel) and I had nice natural nails which before I could stop her clipped 2 almost to the quick!! Nails peeled within 3 days and pedicure chipped off in 5 days. Start to finish for both pedicure and manicure was 30 minutes. I have never had a pedicure alone that was performed

Horrible horrible service . I made an appointment online. Just moved to town and first time at this salon. A lady came from the back and said I don't have an appointment and when I told her I made it online she yelled at me " I heard you but you don't have an appointment ". Horrible service

I have never had a manicure that used no lotion on my hands or nails, my cuticles were peeling and dry after the manicure. My pedicure consisted of trimming, some light buffing, salt scrub, a base coat and one coat of polish, no lotion, no second coat, no top coat. Chipped in less than a week. My tech was nice but I felt like everything was second hand and no one seemed happy to work there.

Worst experience ever! The Hair dresser, Phyillis colored my hair stating my hair was damaged. I asked her to colt my hair a little lighter, she got my back soaked rinsing my hair, she was okay but when I looked after she colored my hair, all of my gray was showing. She said it wasn't my gray it was the dye, she had already rinsed my hair so I said no, that's my gray, she then pulled a big dryer out and put it in my face, she said I'll dry it and show you, I said okay, all of a sudden She shoved me hard on my shoulder and yelled in my face to sit back!!
