I am a mortgage lender at Northpointe Bank and I currently do a ton of business with Main Street title. I will continue to use them every chance I get! Their service is extremely quick and anytime you need have a question they are always available to help. My main contact is Hannah Haarklou and she is AMAZING! Hannah helped us secure title insurance and did title search on four (4) different refinancing deals and two (2) purchases of an investment property.
She was very attentive, professional and pleasure to work with. The pricing for the insurance and title search was excellent as compared to another service we looked at.

I used their service twice on my house, the first time a new purchase, 2nd time on my refi. I cannot say they are the cheapest. But they are super responsive and responsible. I paid for what I get. I worked with Rob Khoury and Brian Weck. Both do take my case sincerely and get back to me promptly (even on weekends).

If you google this company and the word "fraud" it will show former lawsuits against this company.
It looks like the owners incorporated several separate entities and companies to avoid losing everything in court (this is done usually so when you sue them, they can keep money in different companies and not have to lose it in court).
In one of the legal complainants filed against this company, it looks like Main Street sent money to a woman's ex-husband in violation of their duties.
I had similar experiences. The people got angry at me and yelled at me when told them that what they are doing

Rob and Brian at Main St Title were extremely responsive and worked quickly and tirelessly to resolve this issue. I would highly recommend their customer service and accountability. Thank you!!
