Robert Viggiano conceptualized and founded the Sunnyside Title agency in 2019, and has led the business since its inception. His experience prior to the successful launch of Sunnyside Title includes 19 years as an institutional bond salesman on Wall Street. He is the driving force behind the sales staff at his Sunnyside Title company and prides himself on customer service.
We closed on our home today and Robert was absolutely a joy to work with. He was very pleasant and did a great job explaining everything we were signing and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I will definitely recommend sunnyside title they are great at what they do. The staff here was friendly and professional.

Just had a home closing using Sunnyside. I didn't have much communication with the title company until we were closer to closing, but that is to be expected as the attorneys communicate with the title company throughout the transaction. However, the short contact I did have was great. The settlement agent, Socrates, was extremely courteous and explained every document we were signing. We were finished in less than half an hour. Will definitely request their services if I ever buy another home!

I had the pleasure of working with Teresa n Angela and they were both great!! Teresa went over and beyond for me my paperwork from the bank wasn’t there on time for my closing appointment Teresa emailed called n faxed everyone possible to make my closing happen that day..Angela did my closing paperwork with me she was amazing!!! Angela explained everything step by step answered every question I had and she was very patient with me being it was my first purchase of a home I had a lot of questions she explained everything so I would understand everything I was signing...
