Orr Appraisal Service (OAS) was established by Thomas M. Orr, SRA in 1992. Since that time, OAS has grown to include five professional real estate appraisers. Together these appraisers have over 60 years of appraisal experience. OAS is located in the city of Glens Falls, New York at the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains.
The counties serviced include: Warren, Saratoga, Washington, Hamilton, and Essex. Orr Appraisal Service's staff consists of a professionally designated appraiser (SRA), one state certified general appraiser and three New York state certified/licensed residential appraisers.

DON’T USE THIS COMPANY. They will kill your deal with low appraisal value. I sold my home and price it just right, they compared my home with bad comps in the area. This caused closing to be push back, impacting both buyer and seller. Do yourself a favor and use another company.
