I would highly recommend Tina for her courteous, professional service and support through our search for the right commercial venue for our Wine Bar. She led us to find just the right place and at a price that saved us tens of thousands over the alternatives. Throughout she kept us informed and was instrumental in getting us in early on the property which we eventually leased.

We had an awesome experience working with DeMarsh Real Estate. We worked with Mindy Wilson to sell our home, and to buy our current home. We so appreciated Mindy's responsiveness and her very thoughtful actions. Mindy made us feel valued, supported, and respected. We bought our current home from a "For Sale By Owner" and Mindy handled the entire process with grace, tact, and professionalism. Unfortunately, A real estate agent employed by Demarsh Real Estate had a poor attitude when I requested a showing of a property. Instead of taking the time to meet with a family that will be buying a home and gaining future clients, her condescending language and demeanor on the phone was a turn off.
Due to that realtor and her sad attempt at gaining a buyer, you have lost my business as well as anyone who I cross paths with.

NOT TO BE TRUSTED!! This so called realtor went as far as to have an electrician that she has a relationship with submit a fraudulent estimate in order to get a buyer released from their contract. At that point I fired her and she refused to give me a release. I could list my house with another realtor but she still wanted her commission for doing nothing more than stabbing me in the back. Then she turned me in to code enforcement in order to try and stop another sale. She has no morals. No ethics. SHE CANNOT BE TRUSTED!! DO NOT HIRE HER!!
