Candice is a Health and Wellness Educator and Personal Chef in Chicago, IL, who has been working with individuals and groups since 2012. After studying at Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition is Berkley California, and running her business for 5 years in San Francisco, she recently relocated to Chicago where she hopes to bring delicious, nourishing foods to her community in the Midwest.
As a former picky eater who has grown to enjoy all kinds of foods, she loves working with individuals that are looking to change their diets, and their relationship with food. Through diet, we are given the power, and the responsibility, to positively influence our health. What I find most exciting about nutrition, is that a few simple, easy and affordable changes can have a profound affect on how you feel.

Services
As someone who didn't grow up eating healthy foods, I still sometimes find myself shocked to be doing this work. For the first 20-something years of my life, I ate nothing but garbage. Breakfast was a sugary cereal with skim milk, lunch was a bagel, pizza or frozen yogurt with reeces peanut butter cups, and dinner was likely pizza, pasta or restaurant food.
There are three different ways I work with clients. We can do weekly meal services, one-on-one hourly sessions (in person on the Northside of Chicago, or remotely via Phone and Skype), or private and group cooking classes and lectures. Please contact me to set up a complementary call where we can discuss what you're looking for, as well as the different services I offer.
Is dinner time a stressful part of your day? Hectic schedules, dietary restrictions, picky eaters, and extracurricular activities can all lead up to hungry bellies and an empty fridge. So what do you do? Swing by the prepared section at the grocery store? Call for take-out from a restaurant on your way home?
What can I expect from our one-on-one sessions? We will talk about where your were, where your are and where you want to be. You'll be getting personalized attention and recommendations, things that are within your budget and that will fit into your schedule. Not interested in spending the money on supplementation?
