At AIS Healthcare, we all strive to do more to improve the lives of patients and providers. Chuck Bell, the founder of AIS (Advanced Infusion Solutions), now serves as President of AIS Healthcare. Chuck started in the home infusion industry in 1992. Since then, he has been involved in pharmacy and healthcare senior management, and owns multiple home infusion pharmacies as well as other healthcare-related businesses.
Chuck received his Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Louisiana at Monroe and his PharmD from the University of Arkansas. Licensed in multiple states, he has more than 20 years of pharmacy experience. Chuck also is actively involved with various industry and community committees and boards.

Our pharmacy leadership team goes above and beyond to ensure we produce medication of the highest quality and sterility. Cindy joined AIS Healthcare in 2014 as Staff Pharmacist and is now Vice President of Pharmacy Services and Pharmacist-in-Charge at the Ridgeland, Mississippi, facility.
She has a vast array of pharmacy experience including administrative, retail, institutional, academic, nursing home consultation and high risk intrathecal compounding.Prior to AIS Healthcare, Cindy served as Assistant Director of Pharmacy Services for the University of Mississippi Medical Center for Pediatrics and Neonatal Medicine, and was also adjunct faculty for the University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy.
