The motel at Mud Bay RV Park & Motel features six self-contained rooms, all of which are on the ground floor. Four rooms have a kitchen area, which includes two burners and a kitchen sink. Clean, cozy and comfortable!. Great place to get away for a short stay! Owners were very nice and made sure we felt welcome.
Small park with great fishing and everything you need to relax and get away from it all without the hustle and bustle that the large park's have. Had a great time and plan to return!. Very nice area and love the view. The owners supplied all the kayaks and gear and we all went out in the bay.

Services
We have a small store on-site with fishing supplies including worms, camping supplies, food items, a big cooler with drinks and fridge items, a small freezer with ice cream treats and other freezer items, and bagged ice. Bundles of wood are sold for $5 each. We have some outstanding fishing here! We carry bait and supplies in our on-site store.

Very nice low key place. Great for weekend trips. The owners are amazing people and great to work with. They came and checked up on us a few times, brought us wood he couldn't use to bundle and just had great conversation with us. Very clean relaxing place. They also have docks for boats and a launch for Kayaks. Highly recommended

Had a 3 day fishing trip.. myself and 3 other friends rented 2 rooms. Judy which is the owner was so helpful, pleasant. She made sure we was comfortable and answered all I question. I give the motel and Judy 5 stars..

Our family enjoyed a wonderful long weekend at Mud Bay Motel. Our room was clean, comfortable and staff was very helpful and accommodating. During the day we explored the Cape Vincent, Cedar Point state park beach and Alexandra Bay. Topping off a fun day with a campfire with s'mores. This will be a yearly trip, kid approved!

We stayed at Mud Bay in March for a week in the motel. It was so much fun! We went kayaking everyday for hours. We fished off the docks. And made pizza in the pizza stone fire pit outside. So delicious! There’s… also a playground which my kids really enjoyed. The motel has a kitchen where we could cook our food or we could cook outside in the fire pit or the charcoal grills. They have kayaks you can rent or bring your own. I would highly recommend Mud Bay! The place is so relaxing and fun. And the owner is a wonderful lady, she always made sure we had whatever we needed!
