We ordered on the website on Wednesday for flowers to be delivered on Friday. Today (Saturday) We called to find out why they weren’t delivered only to find out that our order was canceled because we are out of delivery area. No phone call no nothing, so instead of being notified so I could make other arrangements I now have no flowers and the money out in the air while I wait for it to be refunded.

Unfriendly, curt, unprofessional. I went in, the man didn't speak, he looked at me turned and went in the back. I guess he sent a lady out who also didn't speak. She acted like she didn't want me in the store. They must not want money from certain people. I would never do business with them! Don't see how they can stay in business with this nasty attitude.

Horrible Experience , It was my first Valentin's flower to my partner, It was really embarrassing. I did order from Telflora website & it seems this store works with them in the City. My order was ten Radiant Red Tulips but as you can see in pictures , they put what color they had or want and it was orange . the arrangement of the flowers were not professional at all It looks like a 5 years old kid made it. I really shocked after I've got these pictures ... They did not put a small note card on it instead they put their business card and the print of the order. When I called the florist to complain

This business was the epitome of great customer service. I called them at about 5 o'clock PM in need for an urgent delivery for my sisters birthday the same day. She was able to find a driver despite the distance being further than her usual deliveries and came up with a beautiful arrangement. I would absolutely recommend them!!

Needed a specific floral gift last minute for my sister-in-law. She lives in Hoschton,GA, (I live in Richmond, VA).
I called Anna at Flower Jazz asking for African violets. She was so thoughtful! She asked what type of container, budget, etc.
Within a few hours she delivered 3 gorgeous potted African violets - my "Sistah" was thrilled. One of the best, most personal florist ever! Thanks!

I am disgusted and horrified about how this florist does business. I had ordered flowers for my mother's 70th birthday and they were delivered 3 days early. When I called the florist they admitted it was their mistake and assured me they would fix it. The florist promptly hung up on me. The next day I get a phone call from mother who is crying because someone from the flower shop came and took the flowers back. The delivery man told her it was what I had agreed on. I am shocked that they would first make this mistake but then they would come back and take my little old mother's

WOW is all I have to say... Whatever you do, if you want a good experience, choose another flower shop! Someone placed an order for flowers to be delivered to us on a Friday. Unfortunately, the person sending the flowers did give the wrong address but the driver was told to bring the flowers back on Monday bc no one from our organization was there to receive the flowers until Monday. They proceeded to deliver anyways and when we arrived Monday morning, we got a beautiful bouquet of dead flowers. I called this morning to see if Flower Jazz was willing to do anything to correct the problem seeing

My daughter and I went in to ask about purchasing a last minute corsage and boutonniere for her prom that was the next afternoon/evening. (The boyfriend "forgot" to order her corsage). We entered the shop and could see into the rear of the store where 2 women were obviously arranging flowers in some way. The first woman saw us and held her finger up indicating for us to wait a minute. No hello, just the finger. I placed an order a month prior to my event. I was told there would be an extra charge since it was Mother's Day weekend, which I thought was an error and I questioned that. When I went home, I checked the calendar and realized it was not Mother's Day weekend. I called several days later to cancel the order and was promised a refund. No refund processed, so we went to the location to discuss this. They refused to refund my money, stating there was a non-refundable $15 special order fee, that they had failed to mention before. They said it was too late to cancel- 3 weeks before the event
