My wife and I just moved to the area. I ordered 4 dozen roses for my wife and Is 4 year anniversary. The flowers arrived very beautiful but started to wilt and die after a few days. I was very disappointed (our Publix flowers lasted two weeks). I called to explain what happened and they asked me for photos. I sent them over photos and never heard back. I followed up and was ignored. Very disappointed with this service. We will be finding a new florist. Before and after photos below.

I try not to give bad reviews unless a business REALLY deserves them. And THIS 'business' does.
Today is my birthday and my fiancé bought me expensive beautiful flowers to be delivered to my work today.
Around 3 he asked if I gotten these surprise flowers yet, and I said no. So he called the florist and they said 'we are definitely delivering them now' ( mind you this is exactly 1 mile from my work )
So at 4 he asked me if I got them yet, I said no. My office closes at 4:30. So I called to ask them if they would be delivered today since we close soon.
First they said

I received an arrangement from My son for my birthday. The day I received them the filler flowers were already wilting. I emailed them and they said I could come swap it out but that would require me taking off work. So seemed unreasonable. Very disappointing as I'm sure my son paid way too much for these flowers that were already dying when they were delivered. Save your money...look elsewhere.

We had such a great experience with a recent Flower Jazz order! For my anniversary, I placed an order around 11pm for next day delivery and they had it delivered by 3pm the next day -- they even accommodated my request to have it delivered a bit earlier than they originally scheduled. On top of that, the "more than words" bouquet I ordered was beautiful. My wife is getting so much enjoyment out of them. I'll definitely use them for any future flower needs.

I had my wedding this past Saturday (5/15/2021) and I was absolutely blown away at my Bouquet and my flower crown. Everyone was very nice and sweet when I went into this shop. Was disappointed in this arrangement. I believe the blue metal container greatly distracted from the flowers. Also, the bouquet in the picture did not have any protea but the actual bouquet did. Am never a fan of this flower. Clerk answering the phone said they were out of the orchids shown but could substitute calla lilies. I agreed this would work, but there were too many callas. Actual bouquet also missing bright yellow button flowers framing the roses. Did not look artful or professionally arranged, looked bedraggled and thrown together.

Received flowers from my children for my birthday. First of all they weren't delivered till almost 9pm, than they started looking unhealthy next day. Three days later they were dropping & losing their petals, completely looking awful. I contacted the florist, and they had me send pics and basically said "there is nothing they can do" I am a huge flower fanatic, who knows a lot about flowers and what is more upsetting & disturbing is FLOWER JAZZ's CUSTOMER SERVICE. So I highly advise not to order flowers

My son sent me some flowers and Shari Berries for Mother's Day. I do not know where he placed the order, as he lives out of state. I'm thinking the order was then sent to this shop. First, when I arrived at home, there was a notice of attempt to deliver and to call them. Couldn't get an answer that day, however, called the very next morning. They said they would deliver later in the day. The delivery came mid afternoon. The young lady handed me a box from Shari Berries and left. There was no card or message so I had no idea who had sent them, and the box was extremely warm

My husband ordered flowers through one of the major websites and the order was fulfilled by this florist. They arrived Thursday and were beautiful but by Saturday some of the flowers in the arrangement were starting to wilt and droop. By Sunday one rose had turned completely brown and was dried. Monday - forget it, the whole arrangement needs to be trashed. The arrangement has had water in the vase the entire time so it seems like they just used crappy flowers. For the amount of money flowers cost, I expect an arrangement to last longer than 4 days.

I ordered From ProFlowers.com which used this vendor to fill the order. The flowers were to be delivered to my SO at her workplace. the first Major problem was that the vase was totally different than the one from Proflowers.com the only reason I ordered them is because I liked the style of the vase other wise I wouldn't of spent the $110. The second problem was that some of the flowers ( Tulips? ) were broken from the top stem and appeared dead. After I saw them I filed a complaint with Proflowers.com, they contacted someone from Flower jazz. After Flower jazz received notice they proceeded

Service was not good at all. Almost acted like I was a bother to them. I asked for a lilies arrangement, and the first thing he said was how much you willing to pay. I asked for the lady to make me a lily arrangement and describe that I want a new set and she went to tear off part of the set of flowers that was on display then said here you go.

My wife could not be more pleased with the most beautifully arranged flowers she has ever seen. Very artistic and colorful. The ordering process was thorough. They emailed me with a detailed receipt including the proposed message so that you can ensure it is correct before confirming. Prices were reasonable too. Even though I live outside the area I will definitely use them again.

I highly recommend this place to anyone that would like to send a fresh, beautiful bouquet. I called late in the morning and placed my order without a hitch since I had already visited their website and chosen my arrangement. Even though I told them the next day would be fine, they went ahead and delivered it that day, which is what I really wanted in the first place. They went out of their way to please me.

I ordered an arrangement sent via FTD.com and was delivered today to a special friend. I must say I was a bit disappointed in what they received did not look much like what was ordered with the exception of the ribbon. I do realize that there has to be substitutions when ordering but what FTD shows online is not necessarily what is received. Just wish it had been a little closer to what I ordered in color and fullness. Not worth the $50+ I had to spend. Perhaps I would have done better calling you directly as your website shows impressive arrangements. Sorry.

Such a fun little spot!! The owner, Anna, is very nice, and her store is unique with all its "accessories" - from cute little bud vases in shapes from frogs to overalls, to mini compacts and even a cool little Barbie bedecked with sunflowers! - in addition to the obvious, the flowers.
Flower Jazz does the "usual" events, like Valentine's, Mother's Day, you-are-special arrangements, and they also focus on the really significant stuff like weddings. The coffee table in the middle of the shop is stacked with bridal flower picture books, magazines, and more.
