Services
All fighting techiniques in Wing Chun come from the techniques in the Wooden Dummy. Wooden Dummy training allows the practitioner a way to correctly train the body in performing techiniques. The amount of power one uses at certain times of a technique, as well as the timing of the delivery of such techniques can be drilled repeatedly by the dummy.
