Building a house was a joy with Shawn and Joel. Our supervisor Eric was responsive, knowledgable, caring and timely. The subs were professional & skilled. If we were to build again we would work with Monarch. It is easy to recommend Monarch to future homebuilders. I love the unique features of our home.

We first tried to build our dream home with Monarch about 5 years ago however the market didn't allow for us to sell our current home. Fortunately recently the market changed and we were FINALLY able to build with Monarch. Our dream home is now a reality! Not only is our home exactly what we envisioned but the entire process was flawless. Shawn, Joel and their office manager Vanessa were compete professionals and came in above expectations and finished early. Now we live in a home we never thought could be reality for us. Thank you!

The home Monarch recently constructed for us exceeded our expectations. Our home is extremely well-built and everyone that works for Monarch is skilled, friendly, professional, and helpful. They offered great suggestions along the way and we greatly valued their professional input. The subcontractors that Monarch works with were excellent as well. I hope this is my forever home, but if I build again I would be happy to work with Monarch. If you choose them as a builder, I guarantee you will be very pleased with the finished product.

Monarch Custom Homes has built two homes for us and we would not hesitate to have them build another. Joel and Shawn were very professional throughout the planning and building process giving many helpful suggestions which made our home everything we wanted.
