Pittsburgh Pain Physicians is a medical practice run by local, board certified physicians specializing in treating pain that limits your life. Chronic pain can be a complex, frustrating, and debilitating problem in your life. It can limit your physical function, cause emotional stress, and often dampens your overall quality of life.
Our goal at Pittsburgh Pain Physicians is to Help You Rediscover Life, and live it to the fullest. Effective pain management starts with the ability to identify and diagnose the pain generators in our patients. Often a patient's pain is caused by more than one specific issue. We listen to our patients, then work with them to find the cause of their pain and formulate the appropriate treatment plan.

Went two years without pain meds and being told it was only fibromyalgia that caused most of my pain. Switched drs and was asked why I wasn’t on my previously prescribed meds all this time, because I had more than one diagnosis that showed I should have been on them all along. All he had left he said was injections in which I had done 3 times without relief, or surgery. New Dr agreed neither will help.

I took my mother to get a simple test done, and the staff is terrible!!! They where swearing and making fun of a sick patient that had the flu and live cancer, they had a fit because they didn’t want to get sick. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!!! They need new STAFF in here they need to go! Even when the patient left they still talked about her! This is so wrong! I will be talking to the head of the pain physicians. I’m absolutely disgusted!!!!
