If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please call to cancel so that that time can be reserved for another patient. Please try to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time so that you can complete your paperwork. If you are unable to talk to staff, please leave a message, and your call will be returned back the same business day.
If you're feeling sick you may be wondering what to do about getting treatment. Should you see your regular doctor, or should you head over to an urgent care clinic or even the local hospital? If you are dealing with non-life-threatening health problems, the good news is that you can still come to us for the same general medical and dental care you always get but without an appointment.
Please have your pharmacy phone number and prescription number available when calling for a refill. We reserve the right to refuse to refill prescriptions for controlled drugs unless you have been seen recently by a doctor. We cannot prescribe medications or refills if you haven't been seen within a reasonable time period.

From day 1, the staff and doctors never kept me waiting long. Their receptionists were knowledgeable on pricing. They offer a sliding scale charge based on your income. We need more places like this.
Update: when I couldn't afford health care, they were there for me. Now that I have health coverage, I continue to go here because I love the environment and attitude of everyone on staff.

The office staff is lovely. Always super kind and friendly and helpful. The doctor I saw seemed to not listen to me at all. I was adamant about not taking a certain medication anymore and I was always leaving with a new prescription for something, most of which I never picked up. She also tried to convince me I don’t have a disease that a specialist diagnosed me with. I think I’ll go with the specialist diagnosis since she’s, you know, a specialist.
The social worker is okay to talk to, but is really disorganized. It would actually spike my anxiety waiting to get a session started while

Moved away but was still getting prescription filled through the office. With little to no notice the doctor refused to refill until i came in. Now being two and a half hours away i made an appointment at a local office and the doctor in New Kensington wont even give me enough medication to get through until my local doctors visit. So now i get to go without my blood pressure medication for 10 days because the doctor is more concerned about making money off of an office visit than actually helping patients. Thanks a Bunch!!
