Shrunk a sweater of mine by not paying attention and washing it. It had never been to the dry cleaners before and only worn a handful of times. He made that right by paying for half of the original value of the garment. The reason he is one star is because he is not trustworthy. I had to go around in circles with him to get it resolved. What really infuriated me was that he was lying to me about his insurance company. I kept asking him to call his insurance company and make a claim with me there ( in order to see it was getting done ). He said “they were closed”. I'm sorry but your insurance

I’ve used this dry cleaner for years. They were never great but not terrible either. I recently brought a sweater to be dry cleaned. When I picked it up there was black fuzz and hair all over it. When I asked if they could fix it the owner told me “just have someone pick it off!”

I bought a full set of new uniforms and brought it here to get the patches sewn on. When i asked how much it would be, their answer was that the price is set by seamstress who does the job.
I foolishly accepted that answer with the assumption that it would be $2-$4 per patch.
When i picked up my uniforms, the price was $7 per patch resulting in a $400+ bill. Seeing the dismay on my face, the person said "you get reimbursed for this, right?" Their assumption of reimbursement resulted in a massive charge that i had to take.
Never returning.
