My husband was called by Agent from Yama Ebrat - State Farm Insurance Agent seeking information for one of his clients. Extremely unprofessional. It is appalling that a representative from such a respected franchise conducts themselves in such a poor manner. Extremely disappointed and I would have expected better.

I have been insured by State Farm for a couple years now. Yama Ebrat and his staff have done above and beyond for my wife and I. Yama and his team are a true example of what customer service means. When he sends out a notice for us to report our miles, we forget sometimes and Yama always makes sure to contact us and remind us. When I have questions, even when he is busy, he always makes sure to dedicate time to answer my questions or calls me back quickly. Accommodating, professional and very timely. these are the qualities you can expect from Mr. Ebrat and his staff. Mr. Ebrat and staff are ALWAYS willing to go the extra mile for my family and i, which is a plus for us. When he died the office ran well without Larry Krieger (RIP).
This year Yama Ebrat became the agent for the old accounts, he terminated all the staff with years of insurance experience and put on the new person in the office. When I came to report a claim for an accident, where the other driver was at fault, that I had also reported to State Farm there was just this new person who did not yet know how to operate the printer I was dismayed.
Long a short of the claim is I NEVER head from Yama Ebrat by email or telephone. I was forced to deal online

Yama's communication and knowledge on the services he provides is unmatched. I was going through escrow on my townhome and needed to get insurance before I could close. After weeks of shopping and feeling like I was being over quoted, I came across Yamas information. He explained to me the different amounts of coverage and how much I really needed. I felt comfortable during the entire process, and never felt like he was being pushy to sign with him. I went in looking for a good deal on car insurance since I had totaled my previous car and it had been covered by Allstate and hey were a complete pain in butt to deal with. I was quickly and painlessly set up by Yama who was a huge help. He walked me through everything he was doing and made sure there were no unanswered questions. He set me up with a great deal and great coverage!! Highly recommend his office if you are looking to get a good deal.
