Safe and clean environment. Professional and knowledgeable staff. I was taken care of in a timely manner and they didn't keep me waiting, which is extremely important to me. The office is a stress-free environment, which is a big relief. I felt comfortable and cared for. Lynsey, the Physician's Assistant, is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I have been visiting Dr. Yee’s Weight-loss Clinic since February 2019. From the moment I first called to make my appointment, the staff felt invested in my success. Wait time has been an average of 5 to 10 minutes; once or twice waited 20 minutes or more. Weight-loss is way more than exercise, what you’re eating and pounds lost; your mental state is such a huge part of it! Each appointment is not just a weight-in and off you go. Dr. Yee takes the time to dive down what’s going on in your life; mental-stability, emotional eating, stress, etc. I have had some stressful setbacks last year along

Made a 'New Patient' appointment one week out through Zocdoc for a minor condition. 24 hours before the appointment, Dr. Yee's office calls, cancels the appointment , and cannot reschedule for three weeks. After reading the numerous wait-time complaint reviews, I decided to pass and find another physician.

I loved my first visit here. The entire staff is very professional, helpful, and polite. I felt like my healthcare was taken seriously. Very refreshing experience. They are thorough in their practice, cover all the basics, generally concerned about a patients welfare, great about follow ups and referrals. The best part is they give you a summary of the notes from your visit. You leave feeling that you really have accomplished self care. This is exceptional and extremely unique.
