I changed to this practice and wished I never heard of them. Don't return calls can't get results back. You will probably die before the staff gets the Doctors to call you back. First thing they need to do it get a office manager that pays attention on how the office is running. Don't even think about going here. Oh never mind they won't return your call. If I could give a lower rating I would.

We needs fill out a forms for my mon Dolores Matos in Winter Heaven, 11 days past and we still waiting. Corporate office don't answer the phone, they send you to answering servise.
She is 88 years old, is urgent for us the papers.
They treat us good, the clinic is clean but if you try to call them, constanly the answering service is their respond. Elizabeth was really helpful refer us to Vitas and now finally my mon started to receive what she needs. The doctor denied to fill out the forms, refer us to another doctor, he told us she suppose to fill out the forms. All this delate the help my mon

This office is not professional, long hold times, doesn't listen to your concern, doesn't show care or concern about the client health.
Ex. I have been waiting to see 2 specialist for about 1 month now. I understand that I needed to update my primary doctor. This office lied to me twice saying they see it was updated in the system. I go to see the specialist & find out my dr office canceled the appointment because it wasnt updated. It's 2 weeks later and Im still trying to see both specialist.
Ex. They said a manager would call me the next day, no manager has called.

Unfortunately I find myself having to share both my positive and disappointing experience with IMA medical group. I have been a patient of Dr. Carlos Lugo since coming to Orlando after Hurricane Maria, I found the office at Kingspointe Pkwy very convenient because of the proximity of my home and the fact that I normally don't go far out of my way. I can attain that Dr. Lugo is very good to talk to ' that's the positive ', but the office staff are very arrogant, don't return you calls and even lie when you call to speak to a doctor, non professional and even sarcastic. First visit today. This particular location is split into two different offices. They weren't specific about which location my appointment would be at when I scheduled. I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment and when I got there, I was informed about the separate office. I had to get back in my car and drive over to the next plaza to get to the right office. The reception staff was friendly. The patients in the lobby were excessively loud however. I waited about 30 minutes before I got called, which is pretty standard for most doctor's offices. The medical assistant was pleasant.
