This trip following Shackleton's path and the 100th anniversary of his death was an exceptional and outstanding experience. Quark treated the passengers with care and professional concern where we enjoyed high quality food, well appointed cabins and service beyond expectations. The staff took every advantage to show the best of the Antarctic scenery and wildlife in a safe fashion. The care and concern for Covid was well appreciated and comforting. This was the second Quark trip we have taken and will continue to participate in Quark adventures and explorations.

Most disappointing travel experience I’ve ever had. The morning of our departure, Quark informed passengers that the trip was delayed 5 days due to supply chain issues when many guests were already en route. We planned to spend a few extra days in Buenos Aires as a result but then when we arrived Quark informed the group that the trip was cancelled because four members of the staff got Covid. We were supposed to be on a maiden voyage and it seemed like a poor excuse for staff who were supposedly all fully vaccinated, we suspect they were just not ready for the trip. Communication lacked transparency

Extremely poor communication about trip details. Quark cancelled our trip the day of the departure after all guests had arrived in Argentina.
No warning prior that the trip may be cancelled. I would avoid this company at all costs. There are plenty of other options

Zero stars! Quark Expeditions has been such a disappointment and they don't care about their clients. They are refusing to give us a refund even though their terms and conditions clearly state that we are entitled to a refund. They take weeks to respond to emails and they are not being helpful. I tried contacting them prior to the departure date when it became apparent that Covid-19 was becoming a worldwide problem. At that point most cruise companies and other tour companies were cancelling their trips. There had already been a number of Covid infected cruise ships, most of which were under quarantine

Quark really focus on giving the best experience for their customers. I went on the Ocean Endeavour 11-day Antarctica trip and I can't recommend it enough. Every part of the trip from food to the expeditions was absolutely amazing.

My trip was amazing until disembarkation. I was on the Ocean Diamond cruise December 8, 2017 voyage. We returned to Ushuaia on December 18, 2017. We were informed around midnight the night prior to our disembarkation about a massive strike in Argentina that would affect the cancellation of every flight for at least 24 hours (which affected nearly every person on board the ship). Individuals who were spending time in the main lobby were notified of the strike but not offered any solutions (i.e. access to complimentary internet). Individuals who were sleeping were not aware of the situation until
