Chip is a seasoned AV rated trial lawyer with 27 years' experience in civil litigation and trial practice in State and Federal Court. Chip graduated with his Bachelor of Science Degree in Architectural Engineering from Southern Polytechnic State University in 1988 and worked in architecture and commercial construction before attending law school.
Carson Law provides pre-litigation contract analysis and drafting as well as representation in litigated and trial matters addressing all phases of the construction process. Law firm is very professional from the front office to the lawyers, they were able to handle a speeding fine I caught this summer that required a mandatory appearance and this law firm made my experience much more easier and stress free I’d highly recommend to anyone who made a mistake speeding.
