I grew up in Southern California in Redlands. I attended Brigham Young University for my Bachelor of Science from 2002 to 2003 and 2006 to 2010. From 2003 to 2005, I served a church mission within the country of Brazil, mainly around the city of Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais. I attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA, from 2010 to 2014.

I actually haven't been seen by them but I gave them 5 stars based on just my phone call to the office and how the office staff helped answer some really Important questions and guided me unfortunately they don't accept my insurance so I cannot be seen by them but just off of how helpful and knowledgeable and willing to help. The lady in the office was who took my call if guess they are all as helpful. And polite

The dentist is awesome!
The billing manager not so awesome! Plus she does not get the billing correct.
We have 2 insurances, we had to pay for a crown with both insurances and also aprox 400.00 out of pocket, then she sent us a bill for another 180.00.
The prices charged are out- rageous!!!
I talked to her about one bill that was way to high, she said, " I will credit yr account!' She never did.
She is also rude! When I asked y my bill was so high, she told me in front of a dental assistant, " Oh, it is because of the new dental assistant, shes new, and told the other assistant

Let me just say this was the best dental visit I have ever had. This office is top notch and deserves far more than a 5 star rating. Upon entering the office you are greeted by a warm and welcoming front office staff. As I was filling out paperwork patients who were coming and going were all greeted by first names.

Huge fear of dentist's. I avoid them at all costs which was part of the reason I procrastinated getting my wisdom teeth removed until they started bothering me. I was not sedated, but was given shots to numb the areas of my mouth they would be working. Barely felt the needle go in AND the whole procedure was over before I knew it had begun. He took both wisdom teeth out in literally under 15 minutes. Best experience I've had at a dentist's office ever.

This place is the tops in my book. I have been to some good dentists before but this one had some significant wow factors. Office is very nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and looks a though they really enjoy their jobs. The actual treatment is what blew me away. The way the described each procedure instead of just shoving their hands in my mouth. They were very informative. Their equipment is top notch and I like how they show you each tooth and where your problems are instead of just telling you and you have to assume they are telling the truth. This office didn't know me from Adam and today they were my heroes. I had been suffering with tooth pain for a couple days and this AM woke up with half my face swollen and hurting. I'm in between insurances and didn't know where to go. I researched the reviews online and chose this dentist. From the minute I called they were sympathetic, compassionate and helpful. They worked me in (within an hour) and I met Dr. Paxman. He was GREAT. He was charming, listened when I explained I have difficulty becoming numb and reassured me. I rated this with a four due to the fact that like many people, I don't like going to the dentist. So fortunate enough to find an excellent dentist on my first try. Had an old crown fall out and needed to get in quickly. The office staff are exceptional and got in right away. Dr. was very good with me. (Due to my high anxiety). So pleased to see current equipment, rendered my crown as I waited, so it only took about two hours for my brand new crown same day. Grateful to have found a fabulous dentist so close to me. Absolutely love my hygienist Mary. Always takes good care of me. Thanks Mary

But... I chose this dentist by everyone ones reviews/ experience. At first calling, they were very understanding to my pain and squeezed me in for An appointment same day
When I walked in everyone smiles and are very friendly. I must say that I REALLY liked this dentist and his amazing staff. They explain everything from financial help to step by step of my issue with my #19 tooth.
I'm a big nervous baby when it comes to going to the dentist and hearing the drills freak me out but I put on my earbuds And Dr. Openshaw was as gentle as could be and reminds

Believe it or not my family drives from Bend, Oregon to be able to have the expertise, of Dr. Openshaw. He is friendly, precise and professional. His expertise is beyond anything we have received in Bend. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable with a minimum wait time. The office manager "Sarah" works with you, to get the maximum benefit from your Insurance. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable, give her a raise.

I was referred to them by a colleague a year ago and I have been going to them since. They are very friendly and professional. Every time I come to my appointment, I never have to wait longer than five minutes. I see Mary, dental hygienist for my routine cleaning and she is lovely! Overall great service and are very flexible with my work schedule because I work nights. I would definitely recommend Dr.Openshaw's office to others. No complaints.
