We called Joslin to repair our toilet which has a problem filling up the tank after it is flushed. We indicated the problem and the service man said it just needed an adjustment. He adjusted it and it worked for one day. My husband suggested it might be the mechanism but plumber did not think it needed replacing. We were charged $70. Two days later we called back and said the problem was not fixed and we felt that we should not be charged for another service call because the problem wasn't fixed originally when we were charged. That was not the case; we would be charged again. This

These guys are awesome. I used them a few months ago for plumbing and they did a great job so I just had them come out (in a ice storm I might add) to fix our HVAC. They showed up in about a hour of me calling and had the problem fixed within 10-15 minutes. Nathan did a great job. Their pricing is very fair, too. Once you find a company you can trust you’re going to keep using them. Honestly, it’s a relief when you have somebody to call that you can trust for plumbing and HVAC. You won’t feel like you’re getting ripped off or talked into something you don’t need by a used car salesmen

Joslin came to do a service on a unit for a home I was purchasing. The invoice read, "No Issues". Moved in expecting no issues, but our bonus room is 6-7 degrees higher than the rest of the house. Come to find out the wires connecting the thermostat and dampers for the bonus room are not connected to the main unit! This means the system is not connected to power for the bonus room! This could be seen from just opening the service panel on the unit and seeing the wire laying there. Called to ask if this is normal practice to see unconnected wires and then claim "No issues" on the invoice; the manager

FABULOUS experience start to finish ! Last Friday a big name plumbing/HVAC company couldn't unclog our kitchen sink after working 2 hrs.. Said they would have to come back 3 days later with 2 men at the cost of $1300.00. Our neighbor recommended Joslin. Called them this morning, Blake showed up a little later & in less than 30 minutes the sink was clear. And it only cost $110!!! Blake was polite, friendly, & knowledgeable.Joslin will be our go-to company for plumbing/HVAC issues....no more big name company!

We have had an on-going problem with tree roots growing into our main sewage exit pipe from our house to the street and it has repeatedly required us using plumbing services to deal with at least one stoppage per year due to this problem.
I just had to go through another round of that and I wound up using Joslin for the first time. I was delighted to learn three things about them:

Extremely poor service and exorbitant pricing! AC stopped working due to the freezing on the outside pipe. Not very professional service person, refilled the freon at double the cost of other companies without a proper diagnosis, did not reseal their external tubing, refroze again within a week! strongly do not recommend this company!!

We had a clog in our pipes that run to the washing machine and the kitchen sink. Once the washing machine pipe overflowed, we called Joslin, and they were at our house within 2 hours to fix the clog. Terry was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
The price was much less than the big competitors like Hiller or especially Lee Company.

Our air conditioner was giving us problems last week. Joslin got Ritchie Glenn out to our house at 7:30 the next morning. We were very impressed with how thorough he was, and even more impressed by his kind personality and professionalism. This was just a reminder to us why we always turn to them when we have a need!

We rent in fieldstone farms, Joslin is the 'go to' for our property manager. We've dealt with them for 3 and 1/2 years. They seem fine for really easy fixes. But not when the problem is a bit deeper. We went without air conditioning for the entire 4th of July weekend, which hit a high of 99 degrees. By Monday morning, my husband called Joslin for the 4th time to see if they'd ordered the Carrier WeatherMaker two-zone system board - to which the man who came to our home Saturday evening said we needed.
