Fast Weight Loss Centers was founded in 2006 in Dallas, TX, by a team of dedicated physicians who believe that achieving an ideal weight is an essential part of health and well being. At the time, these physicians observed that other weight loss programs that focused on slow weight loss had very high drop-out rates because patients were discouraged by the lack of immediate results.
What is it that makes so many diets end in failure? With most traditional weight loss programs there is a belief that there is only one diet for everyone. I've been here multiple times in the past and they have always been great. But apparently there have been some recent changes in management because I was treated horribly as a patient. I was passed around repeatedly and told several different things by different members of the staff. No one is on the same page up there and are very unprofessional. They made an excuse as to why they could not write my prescription and basically took my $90. The staff really did not care how I was treated. I have spent several thousand dollars at this place to date, but I will never ever go back.

I am currently in a ridiculous struggle to get a refund with this office for services not rendered for the weight loss program.
I have been on hold and passed around from Estella, Deliliah, Anna, Office Mgr. I have called numerous times and no one is assisting me with my $129/$84 REFUND.. I DIDN'T GET THE RX..THIS LOCATION IS CROOKED AND UNETHICAL. I am not going away until they return my money or I will pursue legal action in civil court. They denied me saying I had low thyroids so the public knows "their reasons" but my PCP did a complete physical on Friday with labs and I received a clean bill

They keep you waiting for hours and then tell you the dr can't see you and have to come back. Very unprofessional. They have only 1 dr for 2 businesses and expect you to be happy about the service they give. Left on hold when I called for over an hour and was told that the dr will call me in 5 minutes, I waited another half hour, didn't get a call, called back, waited on hold for another half hour and then was hung up on, called back and waited another hour and finally got a call back. All this just to get some help in losing weight? not worth the time or money. They charge you just to wait in

I had doubts about the HCG diet before a friend talked me into giving the diet a try. A quick Google search lead me to the Fast Weight Loss people and I initiated a cycle with them. MAN, am I glad I did! I lost so much weight and found it to be relatively easy. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at the clinic and am excited about my new life!
