Over the past 25 years and two companies at which I was the insurance admin, Don Rizzo has helped me so many times.... too many to count. Even when he was not my broker of record, I would still call him knowing he would give me concise, accurate and fast info when I was in a pinch. Needless, to say I made him broker of record years ago and have never wavered. I get numerous calls wanting to quote in order to get their foot in the door, but I just tell them I have a strong, long-term relationship with my broker and have no inclination to change.

Don and his staff are fantastic! I have worked with him for the past 6 years. He provided information about different options and helped me with finding the best health plan insurance for me and family specially after recent changes. He is always available and provides excellent assistance and service. My calls to his office have answered with couple of rings and my problem is solved immediately. He does not mind working after hours to help and find answers.
