I purchased a laser hair removal package for my wife as a Christmas present. I told them I wanted to pay in full. She explained that she did not know how many appointments it would take but would agree on a paid in full at a set price.(which I paid upfront). about half way through the appointments were getting pushed back and delayed due to health issues of the Dr. Then we get notice that the laser Dr. no longer worked there and they didn't think they were going to get a replacement. Nothing was handled between them and my wife so I had to step in. The office manager showed no concern and said
