I just want to start by saying that Lou is the man! He is down to earth and treats you as if you are part of his family. His knowledge when it comes to home inspections is leaps and bounds over the competition. He is extremely meticulous and goes through every part of the home with a fine tooth comb. He picks up on and sees things that other home inspectors might miss. He breaks things down to a basic level of understanding so that you know exactly where any faults may lie. He then gives you the solution to fix those problems. He just doesn’t focus on the bad things and problems with a home.

We used Lou for a pre-purchase home inspection. He was professional, prompt, and communicative. During the inspection, he was super detailed and drew on years of experience to find all sorts of little things. He also took the time to explain what he found, as well as letting us know what kind of maintenance we needed to perform in the future. HIGHLY recommended.

A huge thank you to Lou on our inspection. He was incredibly thorough and made a number of recommendations we would have missed. Louis Rubino at Inspect This home inspections is FANTASTIC! Very professional and punctual! He was highly recommended by a friend and I couldn't agree more. Even the building manager and broker were commenting on how most inspectors don't check most of the things Lou would check. He is very thorough. Lou would even pull me aside to explain things that I might need to look out for in the future. Worth every cent!

Louis is an excellent home inspector who is full of knowledge in his practice. His professionalism was shown throughout the inspection. All issues were pinpointed and explained with details which will be a great help later on. Louis sent the report within a few hours and the report showed every detail. Lou was amazing! After having a slow leak that was hidden behind the wall that lead to a huge mess of problems. I contacted Lou in reference to a thermal imaging inspection to insure I didn't have any more surprises before I attempted to make further repairs. After having a conversation with Lou and explaining my concerns I was so impressed my his honesty and willingness to share his knowledge that I booked an entire home inspection. My wife and I were very fortunate to come across Inspect This for our home inspection. Our first inspection by another engineer was short and limited.
