Lorin provided fast scheduling, arrived on time, courteous and knowledgeable. Took necessary precautions when opening up the fuse panel, and has up to date equipment. Great experience with the home inspector. He was punctual and very professional. We were going into contract on a Home in Merrick, Nassau county, he was able to provide a very detailed report including a termite inspection. He took his time and went above and beyond. The potential home is a large house and he made sure to get all necessary pictures and descriptions. Tested all appliances, units etc. I even called him in regard to something unrelated to home inspections and he was able to provide me with contacts and advice which i very much appreciated.

Mr Lorin was extremely responsive when scheduling a home inspection. He provided a very thorough inspection, not only documenting and photographing all aspects of the home, but talked me through the things that were good or needed work.
