For thirty years, our building was originally used as the Genesco clothing factory. In the fall of 1996, The Factory Antique Mall opened its doors. Nestled in the picturesque Shenandoah Valley, the mall is the largest antique mall over 135,000 sq. Our Mall has played large roles in set dressing for the period film "Lincoln" and the acclaimed AMC series "Turn."
Showtime series "The Good Lord Bird, " Amazon's "The Underground Railroad" and the PBS Original Series, "Mercy Street". For nine years straight (since 2012), Virginia Living Magazine has awarded the Factory Antique Mall with the number one antique mall in the Valley.

Looking for that perfect piece? We have a great selection of cupboards, china cabinets, bookshelves, coffee tables, end tables, dining tables, kitchen tables, work tables, butcher blocks, cabinets, shelves, hall trees, benches, seed counters, buffets, serving carts, dressers, chairs, patio sets, plant stands, Victorian, Industrial, Mid Century Modern and so much more.
I really did not want another fast food meal. Since we are staying in hotel across the field I thought let's give Tasty Bites inside the antique mall a try. Best decision I made. I had the homemade chicken noodle soup and grill cheese. It taste so good I got a second order to go! Thank you for making me miss home a little less today!

So the sign out front says "America's largest". i don't know if that is true, but it could be, as this place is enormous. If you like the kind of antique mall where there are a ton of different sellers displaying their wares, and a huge selection of antiques to browse this is your place. I really enjoyed looking around here and will likely stop again the next time I'm on I81.

Purchased what was advertised as a 1875 A French 5 francs silver coin from a little elderly gentleman close to the front entrance. The coin itself was said to be 90% silver and was in a cardboard sleeve. A genuine coin of this type should weigh around 25 grams. This one weighed 18 when placed on a scale. As soon as I placed a magnet near the coin it nearly flew off the counter top to stick to the magnet, which does not happen with genuine silver coins. A genuine coin of this type also has lettering on the edge of the coin, this one had no such lettering or even signs of letting on the edge. It

I have been to many an antique mall and this one may be big but there was nothing that interested me at all. I like vintage costume jewelry, watches, vintage clothing and cocktail shakers and bar stuff, Art Deco and mid century design. Didn't see any of that. A lot of mediocre stuff from the 90s or later. A ton of dishes. Really disappointing. None of my party found anything.

Everything you can think of and more. Antique glassware, jewelery, coins, primitive decorations, furniture, books, vintage and newer children's toys, clothes, local goods sold here as well like soaps, chocolates and candles and that is the very tip of the iceberg! Way too much to name! Has a cafe called Tasty Bites if you get hungry or need a drink. Clean restroom. Friendly staff. It absolutely lives up to it's name of the largest factory antique mall. Plan to spend a few hours, if not the better portion of a day here. There's so much to take in. I'd recommend getting the map provided as you come

I'd been by this place hundreds of times without ever stopping in until yesterday, 1-10-21. I've been in antique malls before, but never anything on this scale - you don't realize how large of a space it is until you step inside, and it is simply dumbfounding. You would probably have to dedicate a day - or more - to try to see it all. I plan on returning when I have more time. I still saw more than what's in most antique emporiums in under an hour. Truly, you need a map of the facility to keep track of it all.

This place is unbelievable. There are more booths than you can get to in a day. They have everything, even parts to old cars and hubcaps. China, crystal, glassware any thing to expand your dinner service. More cast iron pans than i have ever seen. Jewelry both collectibles and costume. More quilts and quilt tops plus old fabric. Some new items but mostly old. Books, toys, sporting goods. Even some Pat Buckley Moss prints. We were told about this place by some local ladies. After being inside for 2 1/2 hours all i can say is WOW. Definitely worth checking out if you are near. Verona, Virginia

Antiquing is subjective. This place is huge, so you can spend all day here, or be in and out in 90 minutes like I was. I have a very specific eye, and they didn't have very much at all of what I look for, so that's why I was able to get in and out so quickly. I did come away with 3 small pieces at fair prices. Initially, I planned to eat at the snack bar, but changed my mind. Burgers and sandwiches, basically and that didn't really appeal to me at the time.
If you're into Blenko or Fiesta, there is a booth of each that will delight you (on completely opposite sides of the mall

Clear your calendar folks! This is the largest antique mall of its kind in the US! For real! It may take you at least the weekend, if not more, to see everything this huge antitiquers paradise has to offer! Aisles and aisles of treasures that's frankly, daunting! As an avid "junker", I never thought I'd be so overwhelmed by a store, but this one is so massive and holds so much stuff, it boggled my mind. I just walked in and was like "WOW"!
So we methodically started down the well-organized grid like floor plan, with street names marking the miles of lanes,

Been here many times. Problem is the more they expand (in which they've already done) the harder it is to find things. It's a great store but too way much. Now I've noticed prices rising on simple things in which the dealer needs to pay for their booth rent. Soon this will be a Mall rather than a antique place.
Great stuff though.
