Diana accused me and my husband off trying to steal a diamond ring we purchased a YEAR ago. All because I kept touching it! My husband still chose to purchase me a pair of diamond earrings against my objections. This woman is so rude and hateful. I’ll never spend any money there while she’s employed there.

My family has bought jewelry here for decades, but our experiences the last 6 months have been poor. The younger girls working are so unfriendly and need training in customer service or a position in which they do not deal with the public (with the exception of Angie, Lindsey, and another lady). They act as if they can't be bothered. We go in every few months to browse and get an idea of what we want to buy for holidays, birthdays, special occasions for ourselves and nieces/granddaughters, etc and they seem irritated to help us. For a friend with lots of medical bills, I took in two boxes of coins and a few pieces of jewelry. Although I'd brought in no special treasures, I was treated with utmost courtesy. Very quickly, everything was assessed and coins with face value only were returned to me. For the rest, a very fair offer was made.

Awesome Place, We visited 9.25.21 it is not just Jewelry, Lots of Antique Guns, Glassware, Furniture and Rare figurines. Everything is owned by Rocky, We picked out 27 Antique Glassware collectables. Rocky came over and gave us 35 to 50 percent off every piece We spent a grand on items that were worth around 4 grand. We will be back.

Best place for discounted gold and silver jewelry. Always friendly and knowledgeable staff. However our August visit We found a lot smaller variety of items as like everything else the pandemic has affected consistent restocking. Ended up not making any purchases but we did determine what style of ring we liked best. 5 out of seven stars for a perfect score. We will return just like we have for the last 30 some years.

Gentleman near the antique guns was extremely nice and personable. He greeted me when I first came in. Spoke with me about several items. I walked over to the jewelry area and was looking at a necklace. It wasn’t extremely expensive, about $40. I was carrying it around as I looked at other jewelry and a young woman stopped me. She asking if I was buying the necklace and I told her I wasn’t sure yet, I was still looking around. She stuck out her hand and said I wasn’t allowed to walk around with the jewelry if I wasn’t purchasing it. She was very rude about the whole encounter. Definitely

The absolute best in the Valley! Vast selection of silver and gold jewelry, costume jewelry, coins and antiques. Very reasonable prices. My family has had several pieces of jewelry resized, reshaped, buffed and polished here and we have been very pleased with the results every time. They will also buy gold and silver. Would highly recommend!
