This motel was nice, everyone working there is super friendly, and we loved their dogs. However, we had a really hard time with billing, resulting in over $700 of pending charges at one time, over a $330 bill. The only reason it was messed up is because of an original overcharge for pet fees. Would have been much simpler to give me the difference in cash. Now my account is overdrafted and we struggled to get home as I didn’t have the extra in my account I was supposed to. I would stay here again, but would definitely pay in cash
TLDR: nice room, nice people, some billing issues caused big problems

Clean and safe basic accommodations. Nice pillows, comfy bed. Our room had a coffeemaker and fridge so that was helpful. Staff was friendly, as were their delightful dogs. Had to make a reservation in town at the very last minute and wasn’t sure what we’d find when we arrived at the motel but we were pleasantly surprised. Pro tip: burger place next door is great.

I would give you a 5 if the internet worked in our rooms. We had to go outside or in office bldg. I had work to do each night and couldn't do it. Otherwise people and everything else was great!

Made reservations 3 months in advance. When we came to check in they told us there was a glitch in their system and they double booked our room. I was told that 5 days prior they left us a message to tell us. We never received a message they should of checked back to verify we received the message. Employee was nice and tried to call around and find us a room but had no luck since it was a holiday weekend so we left without a place to stay. Definitely not a good situation to be in.

Clean room, ample parking, safe feel. Very friendly staff.
Came in late - after the office was closed. Phone number on the door was there to call to check in with the on site manager. Power was down due to storm in the area so it took about an hour to get through - but once I got through the staff was very friendly.

Michelle and Stephanie make my stay here a 10/10. Tonight when I pulled in they greeted me from the campfire with a plate of crawdads and a beverage of my choosing. They are so friendly and genuine, there is no place I'd rather stay in Cascade. Rooms are clean and the owners are a hooot!
Also they need to add me to the family chat so I can book a room on the next crawdad boil!
