This is a well located, boutique style motel. Friendly, helpful staff and a VERY clean, cozy room made for a perfect stay. The rooms used lots of craftsman grade wood features with plank flooring and a custom-made , sliding barn door for the modern and efficient bathroom. Combined with the couple of inches of snow outside, I felt like I was back in a Switzerland ski lodge. Well done!

I have stayed at Scandia a few times now and every time it has been so wonderful! The staff is great, the rooms are so beautiful and recently remodeled. They are very clean and have all the things you need in a hotel room. The location couldn't be more perfect! They have unique amenities like bikes, kayaks, s'mores bar for their fire-pits, and a hot tub! We love coming here and will continue to do so!

We booked the Scandia for one night as we were driving through town, but I wish we could've stayed longer! I used to work for a luxury hotel myself, so I tend to have more of a critical eye. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The service was friendly and attentive, and literally everyone I met had a smile. Arrival was easy, the ability to park in front of your room was very useful, and the rooms were extremely well kept and clean. I hate boring, standard hotel rooms with 80s style comforters and art, and the modern Scandinavian design at the Scandia perfectly suited the rustic nature

The Scandia Inn is a very cute and clean place to stay in McCall! The attention to detail is by far the best I have experienced. The staff is welcoming and excited to greet you! They are so thankful and very nice people! I highly recommend staying at the Scandia Inn!

Exceptionally clean room, very quiet and comfy. The staff was friendly and courteous. Would choose to stay there again. The only issue was there is no ADA access to the rooms. I have mobility issues and the step up from the parking spot was too high for me to access. There were a couple of steps up to the walkway in front of the rooms, but no handrail. That was the only negative of staying there. An employee mentioned they would be working on a ramp or something. The Inn is easy access to downtown. Would recommend to friends.

This is my kind of lodging! Central to town hub but quiet and set off main road. One story, park in front of your room. Yay! Beautifully upgraded, very clean, friendly staff. Can easily walk to several restaurants and shops. We did and ate on the deck overlooking the beautiful lake. Motel gave us each a morning snack bag with apple and tasty bars. Great coffee places nearby.

I have been lucky enough to stay at the Scandia Inn on 3 separate trips now and to say I am a huge fan is an understatement. The rooms are SO clean and well kept. The beds are absolutely divine and I think I sleep better here than in my own bed. The rooms are modern and tasteful. I also love how warm and friendly every person who works at the Scandia is. I always leave feeling like family :) I make a point to book a room at Scandia Inn every time I'm in McCall and forever will! The location is perfect and walkable to everything.

Quiet motel just outside of town. Well done recent renovation. Nice clean aesthetic - loved all the wood and clean white walls. The details of the fixtures etc were nicely done. The ac system and air purifier were a welcome feature during crazy heat wave. So smart post COVID Nice touch of special grey towels to clean the trail dust off of you and your clothes. Hosts are nice young couple-- provided s'mores and complimentary music and waffle the night we arrived. 4 stars because for $300 a night I would expect fresh daily towels.

This location in McCall is a must stop area and staying at the Scandia Inn Motel is worth a visit.
The managers are trying their best to give you a memorable experience they have been upgrading the motel. Just a few more tweaks and this location will be worth your experience. Be sure to communicate with the management as they listen to your suggestions.

STAY AWAY- Not a place I will ever support. After packing our bags with excitement to visit McCall and stay at Scandia inn for our Anniversary. We were stopped on the highway due to a rockslide the only reroute from that location was nearly 4 hours away and it was already after 6pm. We called them as soon as we got phone service and ask them if we could change our reservation or cancel and we were told that they do not have a cancellation policy inside of 48 hours even for natural disaster. The reception girl proceeded to insult me by saying she would have planned better if it was her! As a business

My wife and I stayed at the Scandia Inn for a weekend out of town. The Inn is lovely! The grounds are beautiful and the rooms have been lovingly remodeled. It is apparent they payed a lot of attention to detail when they did the remodel. Requested a fridge for our room and it was waiting for us when we got there. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Considering our world is in such a hectic situation with the pandemic, this location was a refreshing spot! We will DEFINATELY be back again!!

Super cute room, very stylish. Super noisy though. We were at the very end, only sharing one wall, and you could hear every step the neighbor was taking. Also, the shower is super cute but unfortunately the sliding door doesn't stay shut. Rooms are small, I do love the aesthetic but I think it's overpriced.

Ahhh I love this place! Minimal, CLEAN, but not stark and still cozy. Every detail is set to make you have a very nice experience without spending a fortune. Also every room is different, which is fun! I want to do so many things with my home like this little Inn. It definitely has that Scandinavian feel, and while staying in McCall, the vibe matched up perfectly. They also do something nice if it's a special occasion, so be sure to mention if you're there for a honeymoon or anniversary or something. We have our go-to place to stay when we visit McCall.

This is a throwback to motels in the 60's. The rooms are very small, but clean. Bathroom is small and dated, but clean. My husband didn't like the mattress, it was just okay to me. There is a floor fan for cooling, no refrig to store leftovers or cream for your morning coffee! The towels were thick and soft, and the place was clean. The staff was very nice. They replaced all of the water heaters the day we were there. There was a badminton net that was 2 feet off the ground , strange.....It was very quiet and close to town. The hotel is quaint and in a GREAT location...walking to everything. I am totally fine with everything not being updated (ie: VERY old TV, but that's ok because most of the time spent in McCall is outside), however, the BEDS and pillows!!! OH my......absolutely terrible!!! They REALLY need to spend some money and get a bulk deal on new mattresses and pillows!!! We had 2 beds in our room and both had mattresses that felt SO OLD. They were FAR too soft, rolled to the middle, etc. The pillows are old and there is hardly anything to them!!!
