People are referred or decide to set up time with me for a wide range of reasons and problems. Most often problems are obvious in how a person is thinking about themselves; how they feel about their life; a change in their energy level and changes in what interests them. Often problems are also noticed by important people in their relationships at home, work or school.

Consider how you will pay before the first session. Please let us help by calling us, stopping by the office or contacting your health care plan. It is a good idea to arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to get arrangements finalized. Let's not be using your scheduled time for paperwork.

Biofeedback equipment does not do anything to you; they are not machines that do 'work'on you, to you. Biofeedback instruments precisely measure what your biology is right now already doing at a point in time. The instrument detects tiny changes in what your body parts are doing. They measure these changes each second or several times each second.
