First off, let me say I don't buy into the hype about "oh you have to be a size 4 to look your best" that's bull that the beauty industry feeds you to keep making money.
I wanted to lose weight to feel stronger and have enough energy to play with my kids and stay up past 8:30 after work and with the right diet plan and a REALISTIC goal which these guys helped me set, I achieved just that. I feel way more energized and A LOT less sluggish. I also feel like if I had to run in an emergency situation I wouldn't be the chunky tired lady in the back not able to make it up the hill. I feel capable and
