Rude!! She talks over you and raises her voice at you if you’re not telling her what she wants to hear, she and does let you explain what you’re experiencing( after all she is a Female and knows everything about the female body 🙄)Her staff (Janet) is beyond unprofessional, she was speaking over me and snapping at me with all kind of “street” attitude and I just don't know how to respond to that, I don't come from that environment. when i called her out she got defensive and said she was ending the call and hung up on me before adding that the call was being recorded. My first visit to Dr. Parnes went alright, she seemed a little condescending but I just took that as her having a bad day and let it go. On my second visit to Dr. Parnes, I was telling her my symptoms and what I thought I had based on those symptoms. She would not listen to me and kept insisting I had a UTI. She prescribed me medication to treat this UTI she insisted I had. A few days later her nurse called me because my test results had come back and confirmed that I had what I initially thought I had. She had misdiagnosed me. I discontinued the antibiotic and was put on another medication. My

I have been a patient of Dr. Parnes for over 25 years, and have always found her to be caring, thorough, and highly competent in dealing with me and the various medical issues I've had over the years. She has recently consolidated her practice to include other modalities for women's health, and her staff are equally warm and professional. I would highly recommend her as a doctor of choice in women's well being and care.
