Repeat customer. Once again they knocked it out of the park installing a brand new AC unit. The quality of work is simply far, far superior to the big brand names I used a decade ago, and they're more affordably priced. I've felt nothing but really, really great about both of my upgrades over the last year.

My family has been using John Cipollone Inc since I was a child. Recently when my furnace died (on the coldest day of the year) they were quick to come out and even supplied us with space heaters to make due until they installed a brand new Carrier system. Everything has been working perfectly ever since!

Mark was my technician this week. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He could see I was interested in the mysterious workings of the air conditioning unit and he took the time to show me step by step as he worked. I never felt I was in his way. Mark stayed to make sure everything was working and never rushed through the appointment. Thank you!!!
