I am a native South Carolina resident, a graduate of The University of South Carolina and the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. I have more than 20 years experience in full service restaurants. I am licensed, insured, trained and serve safe certified. My 20 plus years of experience have taken me to California, New York City, North Carolina, Florida and South Carolina.
LowCountry Chef, LLC is a custom caterer for large event catering and intimate personal chef events. Each menu is customized to the client's needs and priced accordingly. We will assist you with the creation of the menu you want, add the staff for your event according to the level of service you choose, then we will determine any rentals your event may require.
