The Chef arrived exactly on time! He brought everything we needed to have a great Christmas Party for our 50 guests. The food was amazing. We enjoyed brisket sliders, chicken salad croissants, charcuterie, spinach & artichoke dip and some tasty BB-Q meatballs! Easy 5-Star review! We highly recommend The Eclectic Chef because we will use them again!

I held my review of the Eclectic Chef for a couple years because I had to be sure. Well I am now. Earlier today I had the best cuban sandwich I've had in years (and I've had quite a few)! It was sweet, spicy, tart, savory, crispy, gooey, and honestly, exactly perfect. So good that every bite made me thank God for my life.
I've also had the reuben, and a couple other sandwiches, soups, and salads I can't remember, and they were all great.
Pro tips: pay an extra dollar for the side salad with their "pick two" deal!
Park in the free parking garage right next door, and remember to stroll around

The Eclectic Chef had been a great place for me to stop on my lunch breaks for over a year. Their food is always fresh and tastes great. There are always seasonal menu offerings as well as some of the best baked goods around. I have also experience their catering, which was top notch! If they have them, try the homemade oatmeal cream pies, you will never go back to Little Debbies!

Never a shortage of flavor and quality when it comes to the Eclectic Chef. I love the location. It almost makes it feel like my little secret. I have ordered from here multiple times throughout the Covid Era. And every time it's been spot on. Other than getting my order wrong more times than not, I'm a tedious person when it comes to my orders, still nothing was bad. I ate it anyway. Just fixed it up when I got home. Nothing on the menu is bad. Ever. I will keep returning. No matter what.

STOP READING AND GO EAT HERE NOW!! These are the places I look forward to finding! The food was phenomenal. Sorry for the half-eaten sandwich as I took a bite and struggled to stop. The gentlemen at the door was really nice. Every bite of the sandwich and pasta made me think I was in heaven! They even have take-and-bake casseroles. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

So glad my first experience here was for my Birthday Lunch. It's not another meal, it's an experience here.
Getting the Pick Two Combo was the best decision- we enjoyed Brisket and Cheese sandwiches, Turkey, bacon, apple & Brie sandwiches alongside equally beautiful and delicious salads. Their home made balsamic and ginger salad dressings are on another level.
Listening to Journey, Boston, Queen, and Bob Marley made the meal feel like we were eating at home.
Fast, fresh, and local! Filling and well balanced meal, and no heartburn afterwards- I'm sold.

The Eclectic Chef hides in the humble alley off of Little Main in Summerville. Walking down the brick road you would almost miss the restaurant as it hides behind scattered coke umbrella tables laying outside.
A subtle smell wafts through Little Main leading you by your nose through their humble doors. The restaurant is small, humble, and quaint, fully encompassing the culture of Summerville in a single building.
The food that called out to me from the menu today was their Grilled Cheese and Bacon Sandwhich. At home this would be a slice of craft, two slices white bread, and some microwave bacon

By far one of my favorite places for lunch in Summerville. The quality of the food, the variety of options, the location, the decor inside - all screams Summerville to me and frankly, that's awesome. It's tucked in and nestled between a few shops, but don't worry you can't miss it! They also offer outdoor seating on short central, which is amazing for a morning meal. Might be a tad hot for lunch in the summer though ;)
Food: always so many good options. Today, I got the Pick 2 Combo of Summer Bleus salad and the Grilled Veggies and Goat cheese sandwich. I love that you get

My all time favorite and fresh lunch spot in Summerville. My family and I have been coming to the eclectic chef for years. It is our number one lunch spot in Summerville. Don't be fooled by the small, long, and narrow size of the restaurant. If there are no tables inside, there is plenty of outside seating as well! It may be small but the food is mighty good.
Almost always I order from the "pick two" option. I always order the the Tuscan chicken panini and then, depending on the weather, I'll order a salad or soup. Their tomato soup is my go to when they have it and if it

This a great local lunch spot in old town Summerville. Great location on little main street with indoor and outdoor seating. The seating indoors is a little tight and can get crowded quickly, as this is a popular spot for lunch.
They offer unique and tantalizing sandwiches like the Cuban. That's my go-to sandwich with a salad and for less than $10, is a steal. The quality of the food is fresh, local and made on the spot.
