My husband called Mike today about replacing a broken window pane we had been meaning to deal with since we moved in. Mike fit us in this afternoon! He called to tell us when he was on his way to our house from another job. He arrived, was very personable, quickly assessed how to proceed with the repair, got down to business, did a fantastic job, provided me with some key instructions, and then cleaned up after himself, leaving behind no trace that he had just been working in the room doing a messy job.
