At first my experience with this company was good. I called and they came in to give me a free consultation. They then said that they were going to call and get back to me with a quote. Days went on and I decided to call, they said that they just had a question (which they should have called and asked me personally). I answered to their question and they said they would give me the quote in a day or two. Weeks have gone by and they never sent that quote. They were unreliable and unprofessional.

I needed blinds and I had never heard of any company other than Blinds to Go. I put my ZIP code in their website and they don't even service my area of Boston so I said okay, time for Yelp! Glad I did, I prefer to not use big chains that can't be bothered to drive 6 miles from Somerville.
I reached out over Yelp to get a quote and I heard back immediately. I am a huge fan of using Yelp for purposes like this! Very professional, and they were able to accommodate an in-home estimate right away.

Jim came and measured, made some helpful suggestions, and then, three weeks later, came to install the blinds. I had light-barrier blinds put into seven windows, and Jim added a translucent shade for the kitchen as a bonus. He worked incredibly quickly and efficiently, was easy to talk to, explained things so I could understand, and did a beautiful job.
