In the early 1980's, Louis Annino formed Professional Medical Livery, a transportation company offering services to medically fragile and handicapped individuals in the Hartford Area.
In 1982, local township requested Mr. Annino's services to transport a special needs child. Over the next 20 years, Mr. Annino developed a strong reputation for specialized student transportation. In 1998, Mr. Annino formed Access Transportation Solutions with one vehicle, working out of a small garage in Manchester.

This seems like a nice local business that gives rides to kids. Right? But I have been sending them emails for weeks now complaining that they disturb the peace of my quiet private lane very early every gd morning with repeated beeping to alert their charges they have arrived... they have not responded once... they ignore my complaints. IMO the person being picked up should be ready and not require an alert so obnoxious to others trying to enjoy a quiet morning. So it seems in practice they are not that friendly local business they claim to be.

Today I witnessed the driver in van 308 speeding and driving recklessly. First he/she passed me going way too fast for the area and traffic. This is a section of the highway that comes off of I 91 to connect to 691 or the Berlin Tpke. There is an on ramp in same area and people are trying to merge either to get back on I 91 or to move to the left toward 691 and tpke. This is always a congested area this time of morning and I saw no care on the part of this driver whilel motoring thru it. I followed him toward the Berlin Tpke and he sped off. I could not keep up with him, however I was able to watch

To management of this terrible company, why you think i'ts okay for your drivers to speed all over residential streets, like they trying to do 60 miles in pedestrian xings???!!!! Just because somebody has a midlife crisis, it doesn't mean your suppose to treat a student van like is your own personal Lamborgeni!!!! Who the heck was it speeding down the street, almost ran me and my kid over???? Only if I had gotten their license plate, I would have made sure they was now out of a job!!!
