Put in shop for leaking trans cooling hose replacement.
First drive exposed large new hole in radiator caused by shop.
After radiator replacement and return of car:
I added 6 times the volume of transmission fluid that it takes to go from the low line to the high line. What if I hadn't checked it!
Trans hose retaining clip at radiator end not put in place and new hose was hitting frame.
Every hose and wiring harness retaining clip was pulled out of their mounting holes instead of being opened for hose / wire disconnect and every one had their retention barbs broken and would not capture in

Unfortunately someone thought they needed my catalytic converter more than I did, fortunately they were only able to get away with one out of two. My truck was towed by AAA to the shop recommended by AAA, I read the reviews and felt at ease about where my truck was going. Being from out of town, a long ride home, holiday weekend, they were able to take care of my truck as soon as they could. Circumstances out of their control could have made this much more difficult than it was. While picking up my truck, the mechanic was asked to check fluids and tire pressure before we were back on the road.

I have a northern car with alot of rust so my fuel line rusted out. The fix was was originally quoted and I attempted to ask for patching, and they attempted patching to no avail. In the end got my gas line fixed with no extra charge despite the extra labor put into attempted patching. So I really appreciate them as they attempted an alternative option, my car just wasn't having it. They repaired it well and I am satisfied with their services. Thanks for dealing with my requests!
