Whole Heart Way Psychotherapy
Whether it is a relationship to another person, place, or oneself, we are connected to and affected by our surroundings. As such, it is in relationship that our deepest hurt can take place, and it is also in relationship that our most profound and liberating healing can occur.

Let's utilize relationship - yours and mine, other relationships in your life (past and present), as well as the greater context of society, culture, and the natural world - to illuminate why you work the way you do, and how you can choose new ways of being that bring you greater joy, strength, and clarity.
Services
For many, this means finally addressing past hurt or trauma. Perhaps it is discovering what holds you back from living your greatest life and reclaiming your joy, vitality, and vibrancy. Therapy can be incredibly powerful. Regardless of your struggles, I work best with people who are willing to face all parts of their experience - and themselves - in order to grow.
Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it. My particular approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that there is intelligence in and reason for all of your symptoms, even if on the surface, they seem dysfunctional.
Therapy will only be as good, transformative, and ultimately life-changing as the relationship you are able to create with your therapist. This means (perhaps, for the first time in your life) you will have to practice trusting, so that you can show up fully and experience safety in a relationship.
You are deeply moved by life, impacted by others and your environment, and you notice more than most people. You are intelligent and creative, and maybe you get overwhelmed easily and depleted by too much time around others. And perhaps, you judge yourself as being "too sensitive" or "dramatic", or whichever other label society has taught you to believe.
Let me help you get to the heart of the matter and restore wellbeing, safety, and vibrancy in your relationship.

Rather than simply focusing on "tools" or "agreements" like many other couples therapy techniques, I am trained in an approach nationally recognized for its excellence and effectiveness, called The Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy- PACT for short- which focuses on getting to the root of the issues and actually resolving past hurts, resentments, or misunderstandings.

I have known Sashi for three years now. We first met when she was a Teaching Assistant while I was in my Masters program at Naropa University. She is both warm-hearted and kind as well as incredibly intelligent and knowledgeable. Sashi has been nothing but kind and supportive of my own development as a person and as a therapist. She listens with intention and has a piercing presence of sanity. I have referred clients to Sashi and will continue to do so with unwavering confidence in her care.
