My experience with Deborah Roland was superb. She worked with me throughout the day until after hours to make sure that the car that I was purchasing would be insured. She went as far as to stay with me on the phone, as I was purchasing my vehicle from someone that I only had contacted through Facebook. I would recommend State Farm Insurance, because their employees go above and beyond.

Alondra Simmons is absolutely great to work with. With this being my first car and no knowledge of auto insurance she was really helpful and gave a lot of tips and suggestions of what I should do. There wasn’t any rush and she was always responsive. It was a great experience working with her.

I looked up a new agent after the agent assigned to my quote was taking a little while to follow-up. So happy I did! Alicia has a wonderful team eager and well-informed to help. I spoke with Jasmine Freeman and she answered my questions and helped me finalize a quote and get my insurance in under 10 minutes. There was no haggling or pressure. I'm sure if I didn't already know what I wanted and the terms/limits of my plan then she would be more than willing to speak longer and offer guidance. I highly recommend Alicia and her office.
